We proudly offer a 7-day service warranty on all gel polish and acrylic/gel enhancements. If you experience lifting or chipping within the period, we will repair it at no charge.

Yes! Orchid Spa hosts private parties such as birthdays, bachelorettes, staff events, and girls’ days out. Our spa can be reserved exclusively, allowing your group to enjoy a relaxing experience in privacy and comfort.

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards for services and retail purchases. We do not accept American Express or Discover cards. Please note that gratuities can be added to your card or you may pay the technician directly with cash.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for regular appointments and 48 hours for party bookings. This ensures our technicians’ time is respected allowing other clients the opportunity to book.

For natural services, we recommend visiting every 2 weeks to maintain healthy nails and cuticles. Gel polish and artificial enhancements may require maintenance every 2-3 weeks depending on your lifestyle. For Pedicures we recommend every 3-4 weeks. There durations may need to be shortened during the summer season to ensure you are ready for the fun festivities.
